In simple words, what is your end goal? How much weight do you want to lose? By what realistic time can it be possible? Why do you want to lose weight? Is it because of self-doubt, or you really wanna push yourself toward a healthy you?

The why is crucial as reasons like self-doubt and to please people are associated with negative beliefs and past traumas. At the same time, reasons like wanting a healthy version of yourself are linked to positive thoughts.

And if you know anything about manifestation, it is all about connecting happy thoughts to real problems, taking the required action and letting the higher power handle it!

So, start by writing down how much weight you want to lose and by what date. I would begin by writing something like “Weight lost – 4 pounds in April, yay!” And mind you, it should be February or March while manifesting.

2. write positive affirmations

Reciting affirmations is such an easy way to manifest weight loss that you have to try it!

Basically, affirmations are positive statements that can reprogram your subconscious mind with new beliefs and thought patterns. You could either say them out loud several times or write them down on a piece of paper several times.

You could use affirmations such as “I am losing weight easily and naturally,” “I love my healthy body,” or “I am making healthy choices every day.”

Another way o using them is to write them on sticky notes and place them where you’ll see them throughout the day, like on your mirror or computer screen. The key is to repeat your affirmations regularly and believe in them with conviction.

Now, this is a fun technique that I personally like to do, especially when I want big changes in my life. All you need is two cups, some water, and a piece of paper.

First, you fill one cup with water and label it with where you’re currently at in terms of your weight loss journey, like “struggling to lose weight.” In the other cup, fill it with water and label it with your desired outcome, like “having a fit and healthy body.”

Then, you write down any negative thoughts or emotions you have about your current situation on a piece of paper and burn it to symbolize releasing those negative beliefs.

Next, you pour the water from the current reality cup into the desired reality cup, imagining yourself moving from where you are now to where you want to be in your weight loss journey. As you drink the water from the desired reality cup, imagine yourself feeling light, energized, and empowered with positive beliefs and emotions.

6. gratitude journaling

As I like to say, nothing will come to you until and unless you are grateful for what you have! And this is just another way to manifest weight loss like nobody’s business 😉

To get started, grab a cute journal or notebook that you love, and take a few minutes each day to jot down some things that you’re grateful for. It can be anything – from the support of your friends and family to the yummy healthy food you’ve been enjoying to the progress you’ve made towards your fitness goals.

As you write, take a moment to really savor the positive feelings that come with each gratitude. Maybe you feel a sense of joy, peace, or fulfillment. Whatever it is, soak it up and let it nourish your soul.

7. 33×3 technique

Grab a pen and paper and you’ll be set to manifest!

First, write down your weight loss goal on a piece of paper. Make it specific and positive, like “I am so happy and grateful to have a healthy, fit body at my ideal weight of ____.”

Then, write this statement 33 times for three consecutive days. As you write, really focus on the positive emotions and feelings you’ll have when you achieve your weight loss goal.

The idea behind this 33×3 manifestation technique is that the repetition of writing down your goal for three days in a row can help to align your energy and focus towards your goal, making it more likely to come true.
